]]> En julio de 2023 se publicó la norma ISO/TS 37008  con el título Internal investigations of organizations – Guidance (Investigaciones internas de organizaciones – Guía), un estándar internacional que regula la forma en cómo deben realizarse las investigaciones internas en las empresas. Se trata de una guía de recomendaciones para que las empresas sepan cómo realizar una investigación interna y, así, poder aplicar la Ley 2/2023, de Protección al informante. El esquema extraído de esta norma, establece tanto las características de las investigaciones, como las fases del proceso de las referidas investigaciones. La investigación privada podrá formar parte de estas investigaciones internas,  además de servir para completar el programa de cumplimiento normativo.
